Solarlight has been developed to suit outdoor mobile applications. Having gone through several design modifications, our solar light has an aluminum base with a thread for mounting. A spigot is fixed with countersunk screws at the base of the light. Using high quality NiMH batteries, our lights will outlast and outperform competitors’.
Solarlight is perfect for mines where night loading takes place, applications include demarking haul roads, blasting areas, and access/no access areas. Features include:

Solarlight Stand
The Solarlight Stand has been made from a UV stabilized impact-resistant plastic, the stands have a boss for the solar light spigot and another for placing over a star picket or pole. The reflective strip at the top increases visibility. With an integrated clip for fastening reflective bunting onto, the Solarlight Stand completes your demarcation integration and allows the use of the Solarlight, the reflective bunting, explosive tape, and star pickets, to secure areas and ensure access is restricted to necessary personnel.

Mitimeasure

MT3 Speed Tapes
The 3X speed tape is available in a 30m and 50m model with 3:1 Gear mechanism for quick winding. With dual metric markings on a 12mm ribbon tape, the 3X speed tape is easy to read and durable. The ribbon is made from reinforced fibreglass and contains a mylar coating for wear resistance and protection from common chemicals in a blasting environment.
The 12mm wide ribbon is printed both sides with easy to read two-tone black and red markings on a non-reflective white background. The numbering is graduated every centimeter.
MT Single Speed Tapes
The single speed tape is available in a 30m, 50m and 100m models with an open type reel for easy cleaning. With dual metric markings on a 12.5mm wide ribbon, the single speed tape is durable and lightweight. The ribbon is made from reinforced fibreglass and contains a mylar coating for wear resistance and protection from common chemicals in a blasting environment.
The 12.5mm wide ribbon is printed both sides with easy to read two-tone black and red markings on a non-reflective white background. The numbering is graduated every centimeter.
Delineation & Marking
Claymark
If paint and aerosols become an inconvenience on site, the pre-coloreddrill hole markers provide an ideal solution for survey and pattern marking. Made from clay, the product is completely biodegradable, lightweight and quick to deploy.
Reflectabunt
Reflectabunt comes in 700 meter rolls with reflective tags at 1m intervals. Unlike other products available on the market, the tags are welded onto the carrier line increasing the life of the product when exposed to wind and constant handling. Welding the tags on also produces a clean connection with the carrier line and eliminates the need for steel crimps that can snag, corrode or damage the reflective tags. The tags are also placed inline with the cord rather than perpendicular to better suit demarcation applications for approach.
Explotape
The explosive warning tape is available in rolls 100mm wide by 100m in length. Made from an extremely reflective (day and night) plastic, the tape increases safety during digging when a misfire is present. Explotape clearly identifies areas of danger where operators should take extra precautions when digging, e.g. in an area where a misfire has occurred. Also available in a non-reflective version, this innovation has helped improve bench safety and operator dig rates.
Shot Firer Mirrors
4S offers a one-sided Shot Firers’ Mirror, ideal for reflecting light down drill holes for inspection in open cut applications. Shot Firer Mirrors are pocket-sized and protected in a plastic flip-style case to prevent scratches and breaks. Available in packs of 10, they are slim and allow a one-hand operation.
